4 tablespoons of salted roasted peanuts

1 onion

1 mango

300 g of minced beef

2 tablespoons of peanut oil

How to proceed

Preparation: approx. 30 minutes

Toast the peanuts in a non-stick pan until lightly browned. Cut the onion into approx. 1 cm. Peel the mango and cut the pulp into cubes of equal size. Season the meat with salt and pepper.

Heat the peanut oil in a wok or a large pan and brown the onion and mango. Add the meat and sauté briefly. Add the jackdaws and reduce the heat. Pour the chilli sauce and continue cooking briefly.
