Sliced ​​beef sauteed with mango and snow peas

How to proceed Preparation: approx. 30 minutes Toast the peanuts in a non-stick pan until lightly browned. Cut the onion into approx. 1 cm. Peel the mango and cut the pulp into cubes of equal size. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Heat the peanut oil in a wok or a large pan and brown the onion and mango. Add the meat and sauté briefly. Add the jackdaws and reduce the heat. Stuffed pork medallions

Close and press lightly. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Wrap each cross-shaped medallion with 2 slices of bacon. Heat the butter for roasting in a pan.
